Local Delivery
Free delivery up to RM 9.00 (1kg) ! More than that, it depends on the weight
We deliver through PosLaju Domestic (EXPRESS DELIVERY: Next Day Delivery, within PosLaju coverage area and during working days only). You can expect it to arrive at your doorstep within 2-3 days. Items will only be delivered once full payment is received. Delivery day is on Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
Order and Check Out
To make an order, kindly complete the ORDER FORM or EMAIL us the following details:
Name, email, phone number, delivery address and Product Name, Code & Quantity.

We will confirmed the availability of the item & email you an invoice and account details. All emails will be reply within 24 hours.
Payment
We accept the payment methods through direct online transfer or bank in to our account with the following banks:

Perform the following steps:

For direct online transfer via Maybank2u, please put peaceflamestore@gmail.com in the recipient's email. This is compulsory to avoid redundancy with other customers' payment at the same time and day.
Note: In Maybank2u transaction history, there's no details payment (name, ref. no, time) from customer(s) for us to verify. Only the amount transferred will be shown, which make us difficult to trace the payment if many customers (i.e: 50 ppl) transfer the money on the same time/day.
For bank in via ATM, please scan the receipt and email to us.

Afterwards, send us confirmation of payment to peaceflamestore@gmail.com so we can send out your order as soon as possible, with the following details:
• Detail of payment (receipt Reference number)
• Amount
• Date and time of transaction:
Pending payment, we will hold the item(s) for a maximum of 2 days failing which the items will be released to other buyers.
We’ll send you a tracking number once your item is sent out.
Self-Collect
You can opt for self-collect if you would like to pick up directly from our runner in Bandar Baru Bangi vicinity. Please email us stating your preferred collection time and we will email you our pickup point and contact number. Do let us know!
